Key Features

  1. Residential Units: Thrive offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. Among these units, 20% are designated as permanent supportive housing for formerly homeless households. The facility aims to provide stable housing options while integrating support services.

  2. Supportive Services: The facility is designed as a “one-stop shop” for the homeless community in Atlanta. It includes onsite staffing and various services aimed at helping residents transition back into society. These services include job placement assistance through First Step Staffing and health services provided by Mercy Care.

  3. Community Engagement: Thrive Sweet Auburn not only provides housing but also incorporates commercial space that hosts organizations offering essential services such as workforce development and healthcare.
