The first phase of McAuley Station will feature studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments for a total of 170 affordable apartments. The development will be connected to Mercy Care, the city of Atlanta's healthcare organization serving people experiencing homelessness. This will allow Mercy Care to serve 3,000 more patients per year.
Once complete, the multi-phase McAuley Park master plan will add 270 affordable family, senior, and workforce units adjacent to Mercy Care. A community health center with a network of integrated primary care and behavioral health clinics as well.
Leasing for McAuley Station is expected to begin in the spring of 2024.
Pennrose, Saint Joseph’s Health System (Mercy Care), and the Georgia Department of Community Affairs made this project possible.
